Tango is walking in an embrace.
Melina Sedo and Detlef Engel dance close-embrace tango with a very personal touch.
Their dance can be describe elegant and puristic and while imbedsing modern
techniques and elements into the tango, it stays close to its roots of traditional tango that is dance in Buenos Aires.
Melina and Detlef mainly work in EU, where their dedication and unique teaching concept set standards over the years. In 2007, they made their teaching debut in North America and performed in some ot the most renowed milongas in Buenos Aires. They had taught in Portland Valentango. Now they've come to Seattle for workshops and demos. Don't miss them.
