TangoSafari Italien - Arezzo - May 6-12, 2009

This trip features an exploration of the relation betwen Tango, Feldenkrais and Yoga. Six days, five teachers, more than thirty workshops and a lot of fun.

Our Mission:
Andiamo al Sud! Through the disciplines of Tango, Feldenkrais and Yoga we will attain the height of our physical and spiritual well-being under the direction of experienced, inter-cultural expedition guides. During this venture our senses will be quickened by the aromas of the early Tuscan summer. Your assistance would be appreciated and fresh ideas welcome in designing a “safari route” that is as exciting and full of variety as possible. The bambino carpet crawlers will also be hoping to meet other safari kids bent on discovery.

Our base camp:
The Villa Godiola, which is located on the edge of the city of Arezzo, will be enlivened by us with tango music, laughing children and the sweet smell of pizza in the air. This spacious facility, with its courtyards and idyllic garden, is perfect for eating, dancing and relaxing as a group.

Two ballrooms, a terrace and a volleyball court offer space for workshops, milongas, coffee breaks, sport and individual training. The sleeping areas are comfortable double rooms. Single rooms are available for an extra charge.

Prices (Packages und unit prices)

Package prices:
Package 1: Wednesday-Tuesday, 525 € (14 hours of lessons, 6 nights with brunch, afternoon coffee and dinner, 6 practica, 5 milongas, 1 ball with show)

Package 2: Friday-Sunday, 200 € (6 hours of lessons, 2 nights with brunch, afternoon coffee and dinner, 2 practica, 2 milongas, 1 ball with show)

Extra charge for a single room: 20 € /person/night
Early booking discount: 10% when booked and paid by Feb. 15, 2009

Room and board per night: 65 € (brunch, afternoon coffee and dinner)
Dinner: 15
Lessons/hour: 11 €
Milonga or Ball: 7 or 10 € respectively
Practica: 5 €
