Chicho & Juana
The myth of the Tango Nuevo is admired in the tango scene all over the world because of the originality of its dance style and the range of its musical talent, which finds its expression in the dance itself. His interpretation and his unmistakable sense for rhythm is always a source of inspiration for tango dancers and fans all over the world.
The term “artist” couldn’t suit better with any other Argentine Tango dancer, than with Mariano „Chicho“ Frúmboli. His dance, which’s starting point is always improvisation, his outstanding sense for music and his energy that shape his personal dance style, are a lead for innumerable dancers.
Juana Sepulveda, for her part, is one of the most outstanding dancers in the world, both on the dance floor as well as on stage. Her elegance, virtuosity and sensuality distinguish her dance.
Sebastian & Mariana
are outstanding teachers of the very highest level: clear, concise, humorous and always to the point, coupled with a thorough understanding of the students' needs. Their style of dancing as well as their teaching methodology encompasses all styles, being rooted in a solid classical technique but taking in all new techniques and approaches to teaching. Consider today as the main icons for the young generation of tango dancers, they both gather an extensive career in Tango:
Sebastian came to tango at the tender age of 8 and as a teenager already had performed in practically all theatres in Buenos Aires. Mariana began her career as a folklore dancer and was part of the Salta Ballet. Separetly they took also part in the films "Evita" (starring Madonna), in Carlos Saura's Tango, 3 Wives, and in Happy Together. As a dance couple they've participated as headline couple on all the biggest Festivals in Europe. As tango producers Sebastian and Mariana have organized with their international organization TANGO RENAISSANCE several different events in Argentina, Europe and USA. Choreographers of the show Piazzolleando, presented in Belgium, Italy, France, Neatherlands, England and Germany.
Pablo & Noelia
met in 2003 in the prestigious Club Sunderland starting an artistic career together. They have studied with professors Carlos Perez and Rosa Forte with whom they learnt the basis of famous Villa Urquiza style and also participate in Tango Argentino style Academy.
Noelia and Pablo made an intense investigation with important milonga professors acquiring the style and forms of tango as a popular dance as well as the new tendencies thus merging the traditional essence with modern tango. They combine the attributes of Villa Urquiza tango and milonga with new elements and techniques of contemporary tango. This couple builds an elegant style with the strength of traditional tango, great musicality and movement dynamic. In 2006 they were selected as Metropolitan Champions of Tango Salon of Buenos Aires and Metropolitan Sub-Champions of Milonga. During this period,
they performed exhibitions in the most prestigious milongas of Buenos Aires.
Noelia and Pablo danced together in different European countries such as: Great Britain, Italy, Switzerland, Turkey, Holland, with great success performing numerous exhibitions and workshops. They also were maestros of International tango festivals in Moscow (2008) and Brussel (2008), Basel, Antalya (2009).
